Funny how they refused to buff her because "the upcoming jungle changes might make her to strong" when ironically enough everything aside from talisman was a nerf. This means that they dont know how Elise works or dont really care.

like why buff talisman to give more mana regen if you're puting lost chapter in the build path anyways? The freaking lost chapter passive is good enough for mana on its own. This is freaking mana overkill.
Well the good news is atleast we know why liandries torment was made with emphesis on torment.
