What do you do when there's a Yasuo on your team?

It seems like often when I play Top in ranked there's a Yasuo mid. What happens is: Mid - Yasuo (AD) Jungler - Some squishy AD champ like Rengar, Kha, or non-tanky Xin Bottom - Some AD Marksman Support - Some squishy healer or mage

Then I see "Top go tanky and AP, someone like Swain" "yeah play swain" "play swain or malphite we need ap"

The enemy team ends up having 3 tanks and we get shutdown mid game.

Sometimes if I'm mid I'll see this new Yasuo bot lane instead of an ADC. Seems like these Yasuo players flip out when Yasuo and Fizz get banned at the same time. And sometimes, rarely, they will carry hard enough that the enemy team can't just armor stack against us.

When you get these Yasuo players/ Yasuo pick intents on your team, do you try to pick AP as top to balance the team damage? Or just pick what you're good with even if that means having 4 AD champs on your team? Because there aren't a lot of AP top choices with sustain and Will of the Ancients isn't a thing anymore so it's a pain when you're against someone who can heal up all of your poke.
