Kog'Maw - From best to worst

Has anyone else felt as though ever since they reverted Kog'Maw back to his pre-adc-rework state that he is just the worst adc now. Like yeah he's healthier and thank god he's not broken anymore, but I find it hard to believe that Riot couldn't think of one possible solution to fix Kog'Maw. I understand Riot doesn't like to just nerf damage (Yi strong? Let's nerf his mana growth lol), but sometimes it could just be the best solution. Idk man, I just feel like they completely ruined Kog, even with the buffs to his ult they're working on. I'm just not happy with how Riot handled Kog'Maw at all, feels almost like they were too busy to bother with trying to make him work. Give me your thoughts on the new-old Kog'Maw!
