Any champagne like Azir or Zed?!
I'm looking for someone new to pick up, mainly top or mid, maybe jungle but someone who has a lot of outplay potential, can carry games and just looks really cool, all help is appreciated :)

Not really. Azir and Zed come from a particular vintage that cannot be duplicated.
All joking aside, I'd check out Viktor. Not mobile, but can definitely outplay and carry if you use him well.
Seems that you like High mobility champs, so I would say for mid lane, Fizz
