darius is easy to play around. he can't do much if his team his behind since hes melee. and hes not really a carry. if he gets going with his passive and resets well. its one of those things that you're like "that happened" its like a vel koz ulting your whole team and killing everyone its usually bad positioning. or bad target prioritization. as someone who plays darius a lot. especial lately. i can't do much when behind. i can't do much when ahead if my team isn't even at least. i can win lane most of the time. i'd say 4/5 times i can win lane as darius. but some other top laners end up providing more utility. i mean darius as a juggernaut. has a not bad utility. his pull is quite good against immobile ad carries. go in for a flash pull or something. you can bring the fight to you instead of chasing all the time. he has a slow. hes really good if you have someone tanky to go in with him and make sure he doesn't get focused down and insta deleted.
hes strong in lane. but not as strong as say. illaoi (yeah that bitch is really broken when it comes to lane bullyness and damage). his passive is strong but he he is pretty bad if hes behind. since not much utilty. hes just damage. and all of his damage comes when he gets resets unlike some people who you know hit one button to chunk 50% of your teams total health in under a second (tentacle hentai master pronstar illaoi).
darius is strong against idiots that let him stack his passive or fight him at the early levels. you don't know how many times i got kills and drawed flash at level 1-3 because someone decided its okay for me to trade autos with him and gets my passive going. people don't know how things work despite playing this game for a year or more. or somethings just ignore and not care about things. if darius doesn't get his passive or ult reset going hes the worst champion in the game most likely.
for example i had a jax a month ago. that gave darius first blood despite me telling him that he will get cheesed so careful. he still died. and kept on getting close to darius to the point where darius was turret diving him and dunking on him
the other day a malphite was letting darius stack his passive blinding when he was going for cs. and he had his passive and he wouldn't walk away or back when low health. he walks back into range for ult and dies and he acted so surprised and shocked as if why he was losing lane. i dont honestly know what to tell these people. i tell them " when darius has his passive on you and he has ulti and your low and hes ahead and u cant trade with him back off and dont let hi ult you"
their response " fuck off your being toxic am muting you"

you can say that any champion is unstoppable if fed.
never had a penta as darius but i've seen people get it. and i've gotten close myself. multiple quadras. how do they happen. well someone comes and focuses the squishies while am sitting there stacking passive on the closest target. dunk them when i get 5 stacks. and dunk the rest and win the team fight. if they focused me none of that would happen or at least kited me back wards.
i'd rather lane against darius over illaoi any day of the week. month year.
