There's a reason he's so hated...his insane level 1 damage, his range, his ability to escape and his trolls bombs...I honestly would just /delete the awful champion myself, but in terms of balance why hasn't teemo been touched...ever?
He has received nerfs in the past. Crippling ones even. Stop going on tilt, and learn how to play the little guy, and see what weaknesses he has, rather than crying for nerfs because you got molested in a game.

Teemo doesnt need to be nerfed, and neither buffed.
The issue is that Nasus is just easy to play around and against. And teemo is just good at dealing with various tank laners. Just be happy he didnt get thunderlords
He's riot's favorite champion.
You can add Ekko to the list of annoying champs. Can't catch him. Can't run away from him. Tank Ekko is still a thing.
