WHY your friends quit LOL for several reasons !

With years, I play LOL from 2012, until now ALL my friends almost all quit LOL.

Ranking system become harder and harder for this late mobile game time. We could get more fun and happiness play a short time COC or other MOBA mobile game. Especially solo rank, lose a 30-40 mins game and lose more ranking points. Although I can win either. but it's disappointing for this setting.

Champ selection should be change too. Both team can select one champ with Blind Pick then SHOWING up TOGETHER(one for each team at first pick). Then second and third and so on. It's more fair for both BP team.

And Ban Champ should Rise to 5 ! NOW! There are hundred champs waiting for ! Some champs even dont have a chance to show up. Only these HOT version champ always comes up.

More benefits for old and new players. I havent seen Veteran Players coming back too much. Think Of IT. Because it's hard to rise rank points and Lose Angry > Win Happy.

Every game we can see some players talking something. Although it's E-sports game. But TIME to change GAME MODE.

Just about all my friends quit LOL mainly because of the 'ghostcrawler era' changes. I will admit many things have been improved but the things they liked were broken in trying to be 'fixed' although they weren't broken.

One quit because of Fiora rework turning her into Cruella D'Ville and basiclaly giving her ulit to Yasuo.
One quit because of the game speed getting fast making comebacks being pretty much limited to miracle situations.
One quit because they gave up on Riot providing a balanced meta for their champ pool.
All the others quit because they found other 'funner' games to be involved with competitively like Overwatch (bleh).

There are tons of veteran players (Me knowing many of them) , ye im sure some quit but not always for league reasons, one of my friends joined the army and couldn't play league anymore.

1: 30-40 min? My games tend to be 20-30 min.... 2: Champ select - There is nothing wrong with the current champ select , except for the fact that they can sometimes take some time 3: There are increasing the amount of bans soon.... patience?

You are a small sample size mate. Most of my friends did quit LOL as well. However, many other friends who did not want to play MOBA games are now playing it. Some of my cousins who were too young to pick up LOL are now playing it.

It's the way of life... You gotta look at the big picture. They recently released that there are more active accounts than before. It's possible that many of them are smurfs but all F2P games are like that. Eventually, smurf or not, if the game is dying, the numbers will go down. I don't think LOL is dying. I don't think there is a moba available that can match with LOL. Mostly because, all the problems LOL has, those moba games have them as well but the cases are worst.

Take Smite; great game, unfortunately, they have a lot of players who are smurfing, and it's effecting them much more than here. Their system does not try to group smurfs with smurfs. The early level, you will find veteran players who are beating on players who just started moba first time. LOL has that easy but they somewhat are trying to work around it. Their ranked match are just as bad.

I think with LoL dies, the moba genre will see a huge loss in interest. LoL still have the biggest player count by far(moba's) and esport.

If Riot showed the real data, and That would be surprise.

Rank still have some smurf and drop down players playing at lower rank level. Riot should put them together to make a fair game. Not just use ELO and win rate. and also should use past season rank data or previous which add to the current season.

If a game lose too much veteran players and not good for new noobs, I think the game will similar to WOW situation now. Till the end of the day, only few most veteran players left. I dont think it's good. Cause LOL still give us updating.

Think big. For more normal people. like girls. and not a normal MOBA players.

not always game play 20-30. and the random teammate become Hard to communicate with. Normally people random get together dont use Skype Discord or other else. Only that PIngs seem not enough now. Maybe get some voice instead of ping sound would be good.

Learn from other Mobile game like Mobile Legends and Mobile Games to make it turn to a winning points game. Not playing for years, but seems like stay ON THE SPOT. (always from silve gold or plat).

ARAM should be have a funny mode system too. To gain more happiness, to earn something. Both for winner and loser, cause both cost money and time in this game.
