Time to change Kog'Maw and LUX.

I am kog'mawKogMaw old player since S2. I don't know how many games I have been playing him, however it's never been eaiser for a kog player. Too many rush face, too slow running speed, no any cc and even slow need more than 1 sec to active. easy to dodge.

E can be a stun skill and a little bit speed up skill , QW can remain the same. R also can have some slow features.

All the adc has hard cc skillAshe Caitlyn Kalista Vayne Xayah Tristana Teemo Senna Aphelios Draven Jhin , except kog'maw, during these seasons, he never changed. Lucian Sivir Ezreal have dodge skills. MissFortune is similar to kog, but CDR too short.

btw Lux R ult has 60-30 sec CDR. which is not fair to most champs. need to be balanced.

His fighting style needs distance, no any escape abilities. this is why in the world esports and even normal rank, we havn't seen him for years. Let alone his appearance.

Lux is fine. Kog maw is fine. The biggest change kog maw may need is a passive update, but thats literally it.

You forgot Kaisa Twitch Sivir . They don't have hard CC. Also, Teemo doesn't have hard CC. He has two forms of soft CC.

Marksman have conditional hard CC as a general rule. Jhin needs them to take damage first. Xayah needs to set up and telegraph her feathers. Caitlyn telegraphs with her traps. Vayne needs a wall. Aphelios needs the right gun, and needs to land an auto or a skillshot first. Varus, Kalista, Trist, and Ashe have hard CC as their ults. Draven is an exception, but his stun is very brief and has short range on a long cooldown.

CC is not a marksman's strong suit. Kog'Maw doesn't have it because he doesn't need it. He still does the highest DPS in the game.
