They do ban the bots. They do not last very long.
There appears to be a new company out there that is not technically bots (you can recognize them from their names being some random assortment of letters followed or preceded by a name - ex. ugdeTodd or LizalwsvQ) that MAY actually have a person behind the screen, so technically not ban-able. I'd love to get a job as a professional League player just doing ARAMs all day to level accounts myself. The only REAL issue at that point is just that you would be selling the account to someone who didn't do it themselves, but since 'level' no longer matters outside of the things you earn and unlock as you level (1-30), I don't think it's nearly as big a deal as it used to be, so long as they aren't doing anything ranked? They're at least actually doing something besides just running in and feeding at least - as in they look like they're at least making an attempt to do something. [sg-lulu]
There IS another group I've seen that is very mechanical, that always buys an 
(Oracle Extract) out of the gate. Might change, but who knows, who seem to be more of the old style run in and die type bots.

Honestly I have had the same issue, so many games have 1 or more bots in it's ridiculous and it's not just aram.
Banning them wont prevent them from making new account and doing it again. You are free to leave
They do ban. So leave i guess.
What is your mmr that you encounter bots? Their winrate must suck. I haven't seen bots beyond the first couple of days of ARAM.
Yeah i had like 2 in everygame since this morning. They run mid, make random skillshots (really random) autoattack the nearest enemy.
Every game they go like 0/20-30/10. Its epidemic.
