Riven build?

I played tons of riven in the s3 when she was OP (still enjoy a game or two) and Id say your build is pretty good except for the triforce and the Yomuus Id replace yomuus with black cleaver (I also do that with other champions like zed, never really liked the item and think it shouldn't be built on everyone who is AD. personal preference I guess) But the big thing is Id replace triforce with something else. It's the same reason you wouldn't build it on zed. She doesn't benefit from enough stats on it to make it worthwhile, Id go with frozen mallet(defensive and even more catch), IE(crit riven if you so wish.) , Maw(heavy AP) or this item if its heavy CC. P.S Now that I think about it Id go for Last whisper instead of triforce most games. And if you're ahead replace spirit visage with black cleaver. To shred them even faster, and make armor stack useless with all that armor pen.

Trinity is silly when you could have something like last whisper in its place.
