Why can I never get "S" rank!?

CS, warding, and objective participation are factored in
Check damage charts, on my Karthus games that i carry hard usually i have well over double the damage of anyone else and I get an S+ for it. Also it could be cs because 180 in 40 minutes is a low percentage. But I understand where you are coming from. i found the difference between S and S+ is the difference between 22/0/1 and 23/0/1 with more cs on the 22/0/1 getting S and less cs on the 23/0/1 getting S+
