has suffered after the rework for too much,his winrate never was above 48% for a REALLY long time is he going to be buffed somehow,or reworked?because it seems that his winrate even falls off the more the game lenghts,making him both have weak early and late game but shines at mid game. plus hes only playable as a top laner in the current meta,situational pick against certain champions,hes the same case as Either he is super underpowered or the hardest champion to pick up and play in the game,that only Challenger players can play him,and even then the average winrate is below 50%

Riot aren't talking about him at all these days it seems. Pretty sad because Riot Repetoir mentioned changes during Preseason I think they just have way too much on their plate right now to even think about him. He also needs his Visual Update.

And lore updates. Also he's one of the champs with more than 10 skins yet none of them got ANY SINGLE CHANGES beside his model

He didn't even get a model update, just textures painted over his skeleton, he needs a whole new skeleton with new animations. I am hoping that someone at Riot will remember that he needs it, they did mentioned months ago when they made a article about Kassadin and Ryze that they have a idea on how to update Ryze's looks so I'm crossing my fingers that they haven't thrown it away. I wish the community cared more about old champions like Ryze. Dr Mundo is also desperate for a slight gameplay change and whole new visual update.
