I have been a Vi main for awhile now (despite not playing League frequently or taking long hiatuses) and I can honestly say thank you for the nerf to her base movement speed and base ult damage. She is now in a spot where she is still powerful, but not as overbearing, and best of all, I can play her again in ranked. A lot of times people are upset with how you choose to nerf a champion, but I think this was one of the better nerfs you have done.

And you now that. It has alwasy been her insane dueling potential/gank potential while going nearly full tank. And this has not changed.
Sp33d Zer01 votesHer ultimate damage was not the thing that made her good, nor was her move speed, but it made her bearable enough for people to stop instabanning her (100 damage early is a very big deal) makes it slightly harder for her to snowball, as well as leaving her natural weaknesses to her ultimate. A flash under your tower to drag her with you leaves you with a chance to kill her and survive, as opposed to take her with you.
