Veigar suggestion

So we all know veigar needs some love right now. Currently on the PBE

his q missile speed is greatly increased
his wall delay was shortened

I have 2 possible suggestions

reduce w delay, or increase damage (many people have put this up)
put the delay back on his "box" but then either a) give a damage multiplier against enemies trapped in the middle (say 120% or some number, just throwing it out there) OR b) give him a delayed "quicksand" effect in the box, pulling enemies to the middle if they don't reach the wall.

As it is, his W does only 180 less damage at max rank than his ult. So I doubt they will increase its damage. Also, it looks like things are locked in for 5.5. Riot didn't listen to anyone here.

I agree overall. Not sure if those changes are enough to fix him, but a step in the right direction considering he won't get his stun back. It would be nice if his w had a bigger radius, or his e a reduced radius so that his w would be guaranteed to hit those trapped in his box when aimed in the center. It would also be cool if those trapped in the box just had a flat, or %, mr reduction rather than taking increased damage. My reasoning is that it should feel like you did something worthwhile when you trap someone in your box, and that stunning isn't your goal with it.
