You get less keys/chests for doing good on champions you play frequently, yet you want us to earn enough essence in order to unlock the mastery? I have over 105k Mastery Points with Lucian, I get S grade constantly on him and I never earn Keys or Chests. So please tell me how this is going to work? I'm just having a hard time understanding.

riot: oh you want to get to lvl 6 on this champ well you could try really really hard to get chests and keys and maybe you can get it in 2 months or so, OR you can pay real money for chests and keys to get you mastery level up with in the week(riot really likes this one).

I imagine this will either come out in an update later this cycle, or in the next patch. It doesn't seem like something they would delay on, seeing as they had this plan since they announced the system to unlock the next tiers
