[Discussion]: Morgana 2019

Good Evening everyone. Tonight, I wanted to take a moment to talk about this recent "Leak" on Morgana.

According to the Info given, Morgana seems relatively the same so far except her [W: Tormented Soil] now inflicts the Grounded CC.

Whether or not Morgana will actually have this Mechanic, it's definitely an interesting change for her. As a support, It sounds like it might be a good tool to have when going up against mobile opponents like Lucian, Ezreal or even Rakan (Not saying these guys are OP, just using them as examples).

So here is my question for you guys.

How would you guys feel if Morgana's W grounded Enemies?

Mixeded feelings about that. Tormented Soil apears instantly has a long duration low cast time and no real restrictions. Compared to Singed and Cassiopeia it would be a quite powerful grounded ability. On there other hand it doesn´t have a slow so maybe it´s balanced at least until you have item 3116 . I just hope there isn´t any powershift to utility because I prefer to play Morgana in midlane. Even less damage could be the final nail in the coffin.

The stacking change mentioned would be nice in my opinion. At least if multiple cast on the same area do not incresae the damage dealt (would be op). The current version, reduced cd for champion/monster hits, feels clunky and unreliable.
