Enable English for All Regions

I started playing LoL in Canada. Now I moved to Brazil and I'm playing on the BR server because I can get 15ms ping instead of 150ms on NA's. Despite the fact that the player base seems to be smaller, leading to a longer queue time, what really grinds my gears is the fact that I can't select English as the language to be used. I don't know about other translations, but reading, and specially listening the game in Portuguese is awkward, to say the least.
