Bottom Lane All -ins

So I main ADC.

I main but you probably know that from my username which is PandaPlaysVayne. Anyway, this doesn't go just for my vayne, but for all of my adc games aswell. I feel like when I allin in botlane I start off really good, but then the enemy heals or exausts me while im over the minion wave and we lose the all in even though we had such a great start. ITS SO FRUSTURATING! Now for the comments, I'm not looking for any bronze, silver, and gold players unless you are a gold adc main. But can I please have some help on how to have smart all ins? Thank you!
