Aurelion Sol Minion Dematerializer Help
for anyone that plays a lot of aurelion sol what is the standard usage of minion dematerializer (if you use it)
For example: would you use it on 3 ranged creeps and 3 melee or something else??

Hello, aurelion main here. MD is alright, but not my usual rune. If i want to take it vs hard push waveclear champs like taliyah or xerath i'll honestly use 6 on melee creeps, you end up oneshotting the ranged creeps with ~250 ap anyway.
i don't usually take MD on asol when i go inspiration secondary on him i take the futures market because RoA is core after the GLP changes and having it as soon as possible is better
but i did play MD a few times on him when it came out and i did a 2/2/2 distribution, i might try it again sometime and only use it on cannon minions after the minion change in 8.7
it depends on how you want to use it. I dont think there's a correct way to use MD.
Personally, i like it to secure cannot minions at the start of the waves colliding, so you can push hard, then freely roam
The way MD works makes the first minion of each type you use it on gets a larger (4% I think) damage increase, then another 1% for each minion of that type you use it on after the first. So you should use 1 on each (castor, melee, cannon) then I would stack the rest on the cannon.
That should give you:
4% damage increase for caster and melee 7% damage increase against cannon
This should be the optimal usage.
I used to spam it on Le blanc when DMT + cookies was an option
The only viable strats are
1 on ranged 1 on cannon all the rest on melee
or
1 on ranged all the rest on melee
Anything else is trolling in my book
Also taking dematerializer on a champion with one of the strongest shoves in a game is borderline retarded.
Just My 2 cents and I am Chall
As Lux, I usually go 1 melee, 1 cannon, and the rest caster. Not sure how it'd be on Sol.
