Smite - hunters blade. Exhaust - reduced upgrade trinket cost

Smite is a necessity to any jungler, likewise exhaust is typically a top pick for the support role. we can all agree that supports are universally poor early and typically mid game. I propose reducing either the cost, or the level requirement for upgraded trinkets for champs who take exhaust. having the ability to acquire pink wards to combat invisible enemies or an ungraded sweeper would benefit the support role.
