No lee sin doesn't need buffs. He is still good and EVEN IF he would be bad NOBODY would cry if he sits 1 season on the bench. After 4 years he really deserves it.

he has 45% win ratio cause of the garbage people who thinks that can play him but fails really hard.Cause he actually requires some skill to play.And his late game has to be weak ,cause he has one of the best early ,mid game.Also if he would be trash he wouldn't have a 20% pick ratio.
