@Riot: A few words about the upcoming Shen rework?

(I'm not a native speaker, so please excuse any mistakes.)

I will start by saying that Shen is my favourite champion, so I'm obviously really hyped about his rework. If recent reworks like Fiora or GP's are anything to go by, I'm sure Shen will be a blast to play.

From what I've gathered, the main focus of the rework is to let Shen better adjust to a Teleport meta that reduces the map-control value of his ult. Will this be something similar to the idea behind Skarner's rework, in that you are looking into inserting a more defined identity to the rest his kit, or buffing the ult itself? I feel like his taunt, besides being an iconic ability, plays the role of that secondary identity, so I hope it finds its way into Shen's new kit. And really, who doesn't enjoy being the world's less subtle ninja and dashing in the midst of the enemy's team?

Will Shen continue to be a full tank, or do you feel there's room to insert some damage to his kit? I'm not talking something crazy like him turning into a bruiser, but I feel like between his passive containing the majority of his damage output, and his AP scalings, maybe he's limited too much for his utility.

Now, I mainly wanted to ask you if and how the world championship has affected your view of Shen and his role in the game. The fact alone that he's being used in such a high-stakes competitive environment shows that perhaps the ninja can still carry his own weight. Does this push you to be more conservative with his rework?

Follow-up to the above, how do you view his new-found roles as jungler and support? Shen's kit is quite versatile and these two roles allow his ult to shine more, as opposing junglers and supports can't afford access to Teleport. Are you planning on being more delicate towards this trend and designing a kit that can work in 3 positions, or are you more focused on his traditional Top role?

Lastly, on the visual aspect, how much change can we expect? Will it be closer to a Miss Fortune-scale VU, keeping the same skeleton, improving the model, textures and animation, or something closer to Fiora/GP? Personally, I feel like you've found a sweet spot with the mix of traditional ninja attire and some Kamen Rider-like elements, that is worth preserving.

Thank you for your time to anyone who reads this.
