There are 30 champions with 3% or less popularity. Can we talk about them?

Whether their playstyle is not fun enough, their kits are undertuned, or they don't satisfy the assumed fantasy, players don't want to summon use these champions.

Interestingly enough, some among those 30 have been targets of recent balance changes.

As of now, we do know 2 of them will be getting a rework in the near future, will go on a soul searching journey, and ironically, nobody will remember Yorick Mori.

So, apart from the aforementioned, current and future balance issues and outdated models, are you planning on examining why these champions are not fan favourites?
