Can we have a better indicator of when Grievous Wounds is applied?

I was watching this video, and I saw how small and impossible to notice it was that had Grievous Wounds applied to him by E. It would be nice if the icon was changed or atleast improved so that you could see it better, because the icon was literally behind health bar.

I mean it's not that hard to notice, but if they put it say beside the HP bar I mean I guess that could make it more visible? Not a heavily needed change, but to those that have a hard time focusing on multiple spots at once I guess it could help.
