Pre-Season: Elder Dragon vs Pro Play

Are you guys concerned about elder at a pro-play level? I feel that when behind and the enemy team gets new elder Dragon the losing team with just turtle up. Did you guys consider having some sort of extra incentive to fight or at least pick off enemies with the buff like increased gold from the kill or just something?
