Some Minor Mid Lane Buffs

Two of my favorite mid laners are twisted fate and azir. However, it occurs to me that tf is quite weak at the moment and has been for a while. Azir is very viable and so the only suggestion is that his e can go through champs instead of stopping because it would make for some really cool comboa with w e r w q. For tf I am suggesting an active on his e that doubles the attack speed buff dor a duration or something similar to nocturnes e. On top of that, a damage buff on his e and some ad scaling would make him more of a hybrid like his tips suggest. so for example, 60-65% scaling ap instead of 50% and 60-70% ad scaling on his e. What do you guys think?

Azir doesat need to go through someone to ult them in the opposite direction because his ult comes from behind him it can grab enemies.

I feel that TF is in an alright spot right now, because he doesn't do the most damage, but he has immense map pressure from level 6 onward, and extremely safe waveclear.

As for Azir, mechanically complex champions will always have their overall power level somewhat gated by their skill cap. This means that if you've completely mastered him, you can succeed in pretty much any scenario, but at lower levels of mastery, he's always going to be a bit lackluster. I don't think that's necessarily fair, but it's the basic logic behind his balancing.
