Small Change that would bring back hybrid TF

After UOL played TF Jungle, a lot of people jumped on TF jungle thinking it was great and it was too hard for most. Its not that hard if you go ad, but then his q becomes near useless. With the new devourer coming out, on hit junglers like TF becomes stronger a lot earlier, but there are more on hit items for ad champions than ap champions sich as blade of the ruined king. So, I was thinking that if you made TFs q apply on hit effects, it wouldnt be as useless as ad or on hit TF. You could give him minor ad scaling too, but at least the on hit long range q wouldn't be so useless and this would open up a lot more viable build paths for TF.

That'd give him 1.4 AP on Q with Lichbane. Triple, pass-through pre-rework Nida spears.

Anyway, as much as I'd like to see AD or hybrid TF back, that's require for Riot to actually give a fuck about secondary builds. So it is never going to happen.

actually, there are more on-hit items for ap than for ad. Ad only got BotrK, ap have Wit's end and Nashor's.... The two thing I'd like to see changed are for E ans W. Bluecard should restore twice the mana if used vs champions, so there is a reason to lock it vs champs, E should proc every 3ed hit rather than 4th for more dps, and proc on-spell effeckts like Rylais or Spellvamp. To compensate those buffs, they could reduce the stunduration on goldcard a bit. The combination of that golbal ult and a 2sec point n click stun allways holds the rest of TFs kit back...

Blue card deals the most dmg to single target... also they don't wanna introduce an adc with a stun... If they make AD TF a valid build, they will gut the yellow card.
