that last nerf was pretty brutal. i knew hed need compensation for this.
he wasnt even bad overall. his winrate was at just above 50%. all that was left to do is get a little more power from his early game into his lategame.
i dont understad why they dont just make the base damage on the bleed scale up with champion level and revert the q range nerf.
is not pretty much all the reason why his laning is so overwhelmingly strong bcause of his bleed? its not even the heal sustain. other champions have innate sustain aswell.
