On two different times I've played Ahri, I blew my 3 dashs to escape only to have a fed infinite dash riven chase me down, stun me, then burst me down. Yes, her mobility needs a little tweaking.
It's not that she has too much mobility, it's that she has that much mobility with a really good amount of damage.
Wait, are you new? You're just realizing this? xD As with most things in LoL, it's been like this for awhile and Riot shows no sign of caring to want to balance it. Darius needs some balancing his self. They nerfed Draven when he basically had nothing wrong with him that Darius doesn't, the only real difference was that he was a ranged version of it.
So in short, Riot cares none/little about balance whatsoever.
