No. Buy infinity edge if you are ahead as it is expensive and scales with your own stats. Buy Stattik Shiv if you are not. That provides flat damage so it is good if you are behind.
Buy the AD components but instead build zeal before finishing it. Finishing IE isn't really worth the gold unless you have some other source of crit to back it up.
You generally build the same whether ahead or behind. You just want to maximize your damage output in either case. Your choices start with deciding which zeal item to finish and then continue when figuring out what you want afterwards, be it lifesteal, a defensive item, another zeal item, armor pen, or whatever.
Always get IE first on those champions. If you're behind, you'll be able to farm better with the BF sword and still have some damage when you finish it. If you're ahead, even earlier power spikes.
It's only on ability dependent champions like 
that you don't rush IE.
are also exceptions because they're more reliant on auto-attacks than IE marksman, so early attack speed is very important.
i would get other Crit and/or attack speed item before 
please don't listen to the guy above... you always get BF sword first buy unless you get killed or forced to back before your first 1.3k gold (then you would get either 2x longsword or longsword+ boots or any other combination of items) after you have BF sword you go a zeal item (static, RFC, Runnan, PD) i prefer Static/ RFC on jinx and trist and Runnan/PD on ashe depending if you wanna farm or feel like you can fight) after that item THEN you finish IE the zeal item just gives you a MUCH higher power spike than IE does early thanks to AS and passive. after that builds vary for ashe and jinx i almost always get runnan somewhere in the build but besides that the next items are completely situational.
