Who is the better sniper? Caitlyn or Jhin? (in lore)
They both seem like very talented when it comes to sniping, but who is the superior sniper? I'de vote for Caitlyn just becuase I like her more lol

I'll say Caitlyn because her intention is not to kill, meaning she has to take some pretty good non lethal shots.
. She has been sniping for a very long time, that experience should certainly beat Jhin in a sniping battle. Jhin is an incredible guy, he's probably the deadliest human in league who doesn't have magical capabilities. He can basically learn anything that peaks his interest in an extremely small amount of time, but that makes me feel like he's more of a "Jack of all trades" type of guy. He can start preforming anything he wants at an "A-" level very quickly, but he doesn't put in the time to master those things to an "A+" like Caitlyn likely has with her sniping. It is hard to say since we have Jhin lore and we know how crazy good he is, but I'd bet money that they'd make Caitlyn the best in the world at sniping since that is the only thing she can do, and you don't get into the League for nothing.
lore wise, if my terrible lore is correct, jhin is a bounty hunter, caitlyn is a law enforcer, I would trust jhin to take out a target more, unless the target was 
Jhin is probably better because he's a contract killer, in addition to the fact that he specifically views murder as an art that needs patience and perfection to accomplish 'beautifully'. Caitlyn's also more likely a lot younger and has a lot less experience in ruthless serial killer-esque killing than Jhin does, as well as moreso using her gun just for law enforcement purposes.
I would say that 
has a very precise aim, which is outstanding, but there are more elaborate factors that contribute to sniping, which I am sure has much more experience with.
as far as i know, jhin doesnt miss and has never failed to kill his target(except 1 because shens dad ulted). cait is struggling to catch jail bait
for years and still hasn't done it.
so id say jhin is better.
It 100% depends on which shot number it is. 1,2,3 - Cait. 4th. Jhin.
Mah money is on Jhin being the longest shooter, but he is poor at tracking his target as he is an assassin, he needs them to be still and not be aware of him making "art" out of them.
Caitlyn would have to be chasing others and that would mean that she would both need the equipment and the skills to focus on one target during a chase or a fight and moving makes aiming hard(obviously)
I would say Caitlyn based on experience alone; she's been sniping for far longer than Jhin, and even though he's got magic and shit, he's still gotta learn.
I mean hell, even though gameplay =/= lore, look at Caitlyn's ult comparatively to Jhin's. Who's better, the sniper with more shots, or the one who would never miss?
I'd vote Jhin, the guy's entire mind is focussed on the moment Cait's... meh. I also think Jhin practiced a lot more than Cait, unless we have some next level Police brutality :P
I would guess Jhin is the better shot, as he can hit people from astonishing distances, kill them in very specific ways to satisfy his cravings for the perfect death, and he has 0 depth perception when shooting.
Depends is Jihn had prep time for his “performance” otherwise Caitlyn would win if it was a pure sniper duel

has bee chasing for and long time and cant get her. Meanwhile, has killed everyone to who he was contracted to kill, and correct me if im wrong, he failed to kill

. Not to mention he kills in style, or artistic ways (Art requires a certain, cruelty). That is, lore wise.
