vayne or lucian?
Saving up ip for one of them which one is stronger? is lucian still good after the armor pen changes?

Vayne is hard.
Start with Lucian to learn micro/dashy stuff since I see you play immobile adcs(jinx/ashe)
Vayne right now is in a perfect position to learn. The removal of pink ward has buffed her tremendously. If you're willing to shit the bed a few games I'd pick her up. Her mid-late game will be insane in comparison to Lucian. And as of right now, she's even strong early game if played correctly. Just watch learning guides of Vayne. Although, do expect her to be banned a lot.
Lucian is bad atm win rate wise I'd say go vayne.
