It is still free AD, and which ADC doesn't benefit from that? :D

By the numbers; it's not bad, just "different". We'll have to wait to see how it plays out. The change varies in it's effects on all champions; for some it's a bit better, for others it's a bit worse.

It's not as simple as "pick it/don't pick it on X champion group" but it wasn't really that simple before either.

no its not bad and you suppsoed to combine it with the tier masyret where u increase ur damage up to 5% the longer u stay in battle

It is still good, and so is Warlord's, my guess though is some ADCs like Draven might switch over from Warlord's.

I think guinsoos and BOTRK being buffed meant that fervor had to be nerfed. If you are building one of these items i think fervor will still be good.
