I REALLY don't like how Riven's E is made

She has enough mobility as it is to escape ANYTHING, it bothers me how her shield is based on the amount of AD she has.

She's not even a Tank yet Riven has more shield power than Shen.

Riven is broken. Get use to it. I doubt she is getting anything changed anytime soon.

Oh no, the Riven with no defensive items gets a 2 second shield?! How ever will your team cc her and instakill her now? Oh wait.. they can cc and instakill her. I'm a Riven main, and I can tell you that if your team is having Riven problems it's because your top laner just can't play the game properly. There are a few champs that completely negate her in lane, and proper pings and warding will prevent her from making it up with roams. There's nothing wrong with her shield, it's the least of your worries.
