Leblanc Csing is impossible

So obviously Csing with her isnt impossible its just insane to do were as so many champions in mid get mana returns or resets and sometimes both were leblance Csing early is so hard. AA does like negative dmg and useing ablities drains all your mana so you cant stay in lane for very long at all. I know you cant give her resets for csing as that would be super Op but why not just refund some of the mana on her q for last hitting minions with it gives her a wave clear with no benifit to to dmg. should fix that she is the hardest champion in the game to cs with early and still leave her in a very balanced place.

Never thought i'd see the day when someone would ask for a buff on Leblanc, her waveclear is fine i have no idea where you are coming from. Go corrupting potion with timewarp and its too easy to farm and harass. The build path into Luden's gives you plenty of mana too, you are just not playing her correctly then by wasting too much mana.

They shouldn't have completely reverted her, simply make her old-reworked passive proc after 1sec instead of 1,5 (or 2 seconds, can't remember the duration). The revert brought more problems than it solved some (like yeah when I'm level 2 I can take 60% of my opponent hp with a rotation with a starter item and level 6 with item 3802 I can straight up 100-0 anyone)

When you see that most assassins have a form of wave-clear (AD have item 3077 and AoE spells that deal a good amount, and Katarina Akali also have a great wave-clear), it's really unfair

It's her main weakness. A leblanc might be ahead but you'll always secure farm better.. unless you're Anivia.
