true dmg from I.E. glitching and conqourers as well

K so i constantly see the true dmg from champions with I.E. and/or conqourers. Be far higher then the actual dmg witch if im not mistaken is impossible but its not sometimes its litterally everytime you die you can see the true dmg is higher by double sometimes 4times and a few times its all in true dmg. like is the true dmg glitching or is the death cap that broken.
