summoner spell not letting me swap

dont know if this is a known bug or something random but i was just in que and had changed my masteries and went to change my summoners when i received an error msg as if i was to late to changing it but there was still 10 seconds left so i hit ok again error i tried to change to smite 6 times before time finally ran out and it never changed im in a ranked match right now with no smite because of this
