Matchmaking is Beyond Messed Up

I've been keeping some careful records lately about Riot's matchmaking, and I think it's either bugged or deliberately designed to give "guaranteed losses".

Just had a Platinum level MMR game, I'm Gold 1 on the cusp of plat with a 51-52% win rate...and my support was a 42% win rate Gold 4 player. Lowest ranked player on their team was another Gold 1 almost at Plat. At what point in MMR calculation does Gold 4 with almost 40% WR mean they're probably good enough to play in a Plat level game. Of course, they inted (0/10) and didn't say a word all game.

Allowing bots to roam more freely are we Riot? Or is matching players with other players of similar ranks too hard to do?

Has anyone else noticed matchmaking taking "liberties" with what it deems as a fair game?

their adc has a 48% winrate as well. and even then, thats a difference of 2 divisions from your gold 4.

edit:

on deeper inspection, a 47% winrate platinum 4 ivern, a 48% winrate orianna, and another 47% winrate garen. in fact the only one above 55% was their support nautilus. negative winrate platinums could more or less be high-mid gold MMR. the same applies for 3 of your teammates.

if anything you could host a stronger argument stating this match was in your favor being that you have a 50% winrate master yi in platinum 2, and yourself with a 51% winrate.
