perfect internet yet gameplay is ruined by new patch lag

this new patch, has ruined my gameplay completely. i checked my internet several times. is another patch out soon? this isn't ok and i may be a mac user but windows people complain as well. random ping spikes i'll be 48 and then suddenly 300. i can stream anything and i quit safari before playing, still no difference. i sometimes have 1 good game but otherwise, lag AF. this isn't ok and you need to fine tune your patches. both windows and mac people are having issues. i lost a game because of lag and I'm trying to improve on lux. I don't spend an hour watching coaching for a lag ass game. i don't get an S on teemo in aram to turn around and get nothing when I'm serious and playing my main. Get your shit together riot. wtf.
