League of Bias against newer players

Ive noticed in all my time playing that it seems like older players get better ranks. Youre probaly thinking, oh well because they have more experience of course. For example one of my friends only made it to gold. Heś fairly new but hes way better than my other friend thats been playing longer thats in plat 1. Lucky maybe? i dont think so. Also you dont hear about LCS Pros that recently started playing in season 3+.The Pros have been playing since Season 1 or season 2. May just be me but i think this is a legit theory

I am not biased whatsoever. the only people like that are bronze-silver, and the occasional gold/plat. I got to where I am simply because my challenger friend gave me EVERY bit of knowledge he had. I was bronze my first season, but kept a high winrate, and got to G3, g5 atm due to being a tilty little bitchh but still. Its all about mmr.

You get to higher elos the more experienced you are. You can gain experience faster if you pay attention to what you do incorrectly in your games. To become pro if you started in season 3 would require a lot of dedication as you have a lot of time to catch up on since most pros started in beta.
