I know why you are thinking of a critbuild, but Rengar is an jungler assassin and crit builds have often a too heavy cost to be used by assassins. If you are hard snowballing, really hard snowballing, it can be considered but not in any other way.

crit costs money and has less utility. also crit rengar is worse vs tanks and bruisers who can kill you, after they survive your burst.

Neither of your builds have Duskblade of Draktharr in them... A basic Rengar build would end up with item 1412 item 3142 item 3147 item 3074 item 3139 or item 3156 (Only in hella needed situations, as anyone who can hundred to zero you can be instant bursted by you, and finally item 3158
