Ad Ekko?

I know Ekko is ap but...after looking at his kit I'm thinking he'd be better as an ad bruiser, just build Bork and trinity force and you're good, maybe a wits end vs ap teams and a spirit visage would be pretty good every game, imagine that ultimate with spirit visage...But yeah I don't really like the idea of playing him ap, only his ult would be good with scaling. As ad you get more stuns,more slows, and over all more damage in a team fight. I have a couple of ideas on how to build him ad bruiser and I'm just thinking this might be the new meta for him if this idea gets out to other people.

Fun fact, you can build any champ AD and it'll be decent.

How about hybrid, his E applies on hit effects so a triforce could work?

I think ap will still be the best route for him upon looking at his ratios and everything, they are too high too pass up. So I think the best build for him will be nashors and just straight ap, sort of like Azir's build.

his ratios are actually good, a full hit of his q is .8AP his w is a .8 AP scaling shield his ult is 1.3 AP scaling

His AP ratios are insane, and if you build him AP/AS you can deal MASSIVE Execute damage against low HP targets. I mean, you can deal upwards of 10% missing HP damage against low HP targets which is HUGE.

Not saying that ap is bad but he is in kind of a position where they want to make him good at team fights but really he's going to be good in small skirmishes, ad would be able to survive being thrown into a team.

Not really any better than an AP with Zhonyas. You want AP for the damage scaling and AS for his Passive and execute damage.
