Fix custom games please

Two things that would improve custom game QoL:

  1. Be able to hit "Play Again" after a custom game ends and have a new custom game created with the previous settings.

  2. Be able to change the map and other settings without needing to make a new custom game.

  1. Allow us to assign bots to their respective role: If I'm playing custom games as Katarina with bots on my team and other teams, I'd like to go against Ryze mid lane instead of Garen
