Honestly I am not certain where to begin besides for the start of the ranked game i was in everyone was doing fine until Velkoz proced a passive + thunderlords and dealt about 200 True damage just with his passive and the fact that he proced it on me twice and dealt about a total of 700 true damage being about 50% of my total life and none of my team could get close to him despite having a shaco and a LB because he could just knock them back and burst them down too quickly... Vel'koz is honestly no risk high reward I am aware hes not played often in the LCS at all but however in Bronze where there are smurfs scripters and people who buy lower tier accounts to troll around and make others feel like crap there honestly needs to be something done about him he is like the AP version of zed

Lb and shaco both have tons of tools to avoid his E. He has tons risk sincr his only safety tool is his E which he needs to help proc his passive and follow up with his ult. He is slow, squishy, and is all skill shots.

This isn't a case of the champion being OP. You have to learn how to play against him.

Anyone who can get remotely close can shut down vel koz because his amazingly squishy. Sure he has a lot of burst, but if he screws up his combo, you can shut him down easily.

Well if a LB and Shaco can't get close to him they are quite shit honestly. I main Vel'koz and i can tell you don't understand how he works. He is squishy and it's not too hard to avoid his e. It's delayed and has a small area. The second proc on his w is easily stepped out of. His q can be baited. If he messes up his combo his ult is semi-useless and you get a free kill on him.
