League of Tanks

I'm not certain about you guys but as an ADC main I work hard stomp my laner often leading by 30-50 cs by the time their tower falls and at least keeping even or -10 when it is my tower but I can't even allow it to get to mid game anymore because as the title suggests Armorpen and Lethality are useless I mostly Main MF but every time there is a tank I build Lord dominicks as a fourth item after my boots/cleaver/yomuus even with all forms of armor pen yomuus being Lethality black cleaver being %/stack and Lord Dominicks being %health and Armor shred there was legitimately nothing I could do I full ulted a sion with a frozen heart and i couldn't even break his shield because he was too tanky to even give a fuck It just seems to me the game is becoming easy for top laners you just have to mash your keyboard stack health and armor and watch as entire games are solo carried by this tanks are too strong for me to deal with if there any possible adc that could do better at shredding tanks? I know about vayne but i'm no good with her unfortunately and Kog still got nerfed and i'm no good with varus even...
