Alright I'm going to make this fast and simple put There are more Bronze players then anything and Riot can't at least make Bronze stay vs only other Bronze I am silver 3 I just got forced down to silver V for the third time because the entire enemy team was silver 2 or silver 1 while my team besides for me was Bronze so please someone explain as to why i am getting Bronze in my SILVER matches... because i am at my 
Looks like everyone on your team last game was silver... Also just doing a quick check on op.gg http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=loyalty4l says your mmr is lower than average (estimate looks like bronze 1). It just an estimate but is generally somewhat accurate.
Mine says above average currently and I have noticed that although I am gold 4 I play with a lot of players plat 4 - gold 2. But if op.gg correct then my mmr is gold 2-3. so it makes sense. My alt account has normal mmr and is gold 4 and most the people in my games are gold 3-5. Although some games seem random with a bunch of silvers.
I think the game tries to find even matches and then expands the search if queue time starts going up. Usually ranks should be fairly even especially in silver since that is where most of the player population is.
