can we get a video document about what's like in the day of Riot's balance team?

more often than not, i feel alot of threads offer a valid and strong points yet, they seem to be left and ignored

others have a red response that makes me think that balancing champions isn't really easy, and have to take in account every small micro management

and to be honest i'd like to see what's like to be a member of a Riot's Balance Team.

sorta like the office show, for example, seeing a thread that contains valid points, and discussing it with the other members of the Balance team seeing them rejecting and accepting ideas from each other

and stuff like that

maybe if people knew what's like to be a part of a Riot's balance team, they won't be as harsh on them

that, and also curiosity is getting the best of me
