They already said they're not doing it. 6 days ago.
league wants to be a sport so they have to promote playing in organized groups and what better why of doing that then dynamic que. Also i think its ok go out be positive in games and make new friends dont be a loner
Just imagine a ranked system where people can not pay others to cary them to higher elo like gold+, you would be playing with people of your skill level is what would happen, just imagine that.... That is why i was looking so much forward to it .
