Why does executing a minion with Relic Shield and its upgraded versions not proc Shen's Q regen?
Isn't executing a minion still doing damage to the minion, thus I should still get the regen effect from Vorpal Blade?

A melee execute completely converts the auto attack to flat true damage. So i think it is appropriate if Shen does not get the Vorpal regen if he himself executes the minion with an auto attack while it is affected by Vorpal blade. BUT if you are actually using Vorpal blade to last hit, yes it should give its stated hp back (on minion kill) as well as the hp from relic shield.
