If you're going to remove his silence you may as well rework his entire kit, real talk - The silence is the only thing keeping him from being Quinn Tier.

Yeah, removing his silence just completely kills the champion. Talon has a really bad early game because he cant poke efficiently due to the amount of mana that his skills cost. He won't be able to assassinate anyone. he will jump into the middle of the enemy team and then he will be obliterated before he can do anything. He really does need the silence in his kit to be viable. I understand that in late game There is almost no counter play against talon, but i don't think nerfing his silence is the way to go.

Never played Talon, but hear he is pretty good, although not to many people play him. Also, what exactly do you mean by "Quinn Tier"? That's not very nice to Quinn players :(

I do kind of understand why they removed the silence, there is no counter play to a silence. but I disagree with what they replaced the silence with. they replace a 1 second silence with a 1/10th of a second 99% slow(pretty much a root). you might as well just removed the silence and give him nothing in return because wth is he going to do with a 1/10th of a second CC

Quinn just isn't a marksman... which is why she's assumed to be bad.

Personally I just wait my time and farm early then after a BF sword or something all in them. The silence wasn't really needed since you can easily just ult after using E and then use the abilities you want or run if it went wrong.

The skill just did too much tbh; Huge range (Xin's E or Pant's W only has 600 range while this has 100 more), damage amplification, silence.... something had to go.

Too true.

Let's be real here; unless they up his damage, they will remove his identity if the do any kind of compensation buffs. And if they up his damage, he will become the best assassin in the game, as he already has pretty high damage for an assassin.
